Part 1: Wonderful, Wondering Ways… and Wolves!

The contrary self will indeed interest many, as we suggest your contrary selves are who you are when you’re not trying to be anyone. We will explain.

The contrary self wants nothing more than to allow you to thrive in ways that you hadn’t discovered before, for your contrary self wants only to trust you with yourself. We suggest your contrary self is indeed a most trustworthy friend who wants nothing but your happiness, for your contrary self will always be there to provide you what you need, and not always what you will want.

Wants and desires

Take into consideration your way of always wanting things. We suggest you need things as well, and you want the things you need, so you don’t need to fear your wanting of things, for your needs are met in this manner. You want things, also, that you wouldn’t need in any sense of your word, and you want them just because you want them. You want what you can’t get, always, and that’s never a bad thing in itself, for you simply can’t have everything, nor would you really want to have everything. We suggest you would indeed never have it all, nor do you expect to have it all, so you want things knowing you’ll never have all of them. This would indeed be a healthy expression, for you will always want things, and there would indeed be nothing wrong with that. 

Therefore, your wants are nothing to hide from or fear, as they are natural parts of your lives. The wants only become unruly when they dominate your needs, and the way you would know wants are unruly, in this respect, is that you would indeed be fearful and unhappy. We trust you know what we mean, and we will only add that if you don’t know if you’re fearful or unhappy, then you probably are, and you would know why. You would only need to ask yourself, and let yourself know why, for the way of spirit would indeed assist you in finding your happiness, as is your right.

The contrary self, therefore, allows you trust in yourself to discover your wants and whether or not they are unnecessary. We suggest that your contrary self will let you in on his or her secrets in a number of ways. There are many secrets the contrary self employs to find your fears and your wants that result from fear. He or she will make you see them in a very big way. We would like to point you towards an example that you will find most helpful, that you have perhaps experienced on a daily basis.

Imagine yourself in a store full everything you would ever want, with fine things such as foods, articles of apparel, anything you can imagine. It is a most beautiful store. Your desires would all participate in stocking your shelves with things that you want the most, as these are the things that will point towards your way of spirit. We suggest you allow yourself to interest yourself in stocking the shelves with things that are very specific. We will wait.

Now, we suggest trust yourself to choose the things that you truly desire. We will distinguish these as articles of apparel, many protective beliefs, a stock in trade, a many splendored relationship, a very nice home; we trust you know what we mean. Some things will point themselves out as those that you want only because you fear. And in this, trust that you’ll find ways to identify these and connect intentionally with true desires. In this, the way you would choose what is wanted and what is not wanted because it is a fear-based decision, not an intentional one, is in trusting self.

The trust you have in yourself would indeed be a many-pronged device for choosing the items you would desire, and your desires would be the important thing, for your desires are aligned with your intent. We suggest you would know immediately which things would be aligned most of all with your intent and which aren’t. We suggest you trust yourself to know through your intuition, through your body signals, through your imagining what you would do with your item. We suggest there are many ways to know what things you truly desire by merely trusting your inner senses.

The way you would know what things would not be trustworthy, desired things would be to trust your contrary self. We will explain.

The contrary self will help you understand the difference between wants and desires

The contrary self, when you allow yourself to trust her—and we are using the feminine pronoun to make a point—directs you towards your desires and nothing more. We suggest that your contrary self makes itself known like a lonely she-wolf who finds you and wants to keep you alive. Your contrary she-wolf self would indeed respond to you like a she-bitch protecting her cubs, for that’s exactly what her purpose would be. We suggest your mother wolf would make herself known to you in your most intimate way, for she would indeed be your protector in which you would trust to point your way to your desires by making a racket when you don’t heed your intent.

You would know when your contrary self is making a racket, for she would make such a fuss that you wouldn’t be able to ignore her. We suggest you trust your contrary self rather than block her, for she will know what you want out of fear, as opposed to what you desire in the most intentional way. We would like to point you towards your contrary self in order to gain each others’ trust again, for you have lost your protector, she has lost her master, and you would both indeed make a very good couple again and need a wonderful reunion.

The contrary self would indeed find a home in your store and she would make a racket in any way she could in order to point out your wants versus your desires. We suggest your wants may need sontering [see Breathe in Your Essence (Sontering)], indeed, as you would need to know what you were choosing. We suggest that for our purposes we will use the term “wants” to mean your things that you do not include in your intent, and those that you do include in your intent would be your truest desires. 

The way you would allow your contrary self to relate your fears and wants would be to pay attention. We suggest you may want an item and your contrary self would make a racket in ways that you would find most interesting. We suggest she would make your car break down, make you find ways to limit your choices, make wonderful looks for you such as a pimple appear on your face in time for a meeting, make a wonderful prospective relationship go up in flames by making a wonderful mess of a date, and other ways such as pronounced hiccups, imaginary flights of fancy that you need to find reasons to not do something, and a myriad ways to allow you to question your actions.

We suggest your way of knowing would be to imagine yourself stranded on a desert island with your wolf contrary self, whiling away your days with her. We suggest she would be the one that would alert you to your island spiders, your finding of your water, your ways of acquiring food, your wonderful raft-building materials, and so on. We suggest you would indeed want your wolf with you at all times in order to while away your days as well, for your contrary self will indeed be your most fun companion. We will explain.

The contrary self is the best friend you could want

The way your trickster contrary self incorporates your understanding in some ways can seem cruel, but the point is that you would indeed do well to take yourselves less seriously. We suggest that you would indeed thrive in many ways would you only laugh at yourselves more. We suggest your trickster contrary self will help you do this. We would like to point you towards your trickster self in order to help you sonter your world in ways that would be most joyous, and would like to make a few introductions in order to do so.

To make friends with your contrary self, we suggest that you would need first to imagine yourself on your desert island. We suggest that you would only need your contrary self along for company. What would you discuss with her? Would you allow her to hear your greatest fears? We expect you would, for you are alone with her on a desert island, so you would only have her to confide in. Do so, for your contrary self already knows your deepest fears, so why would you not allow yourself to come clean with them? We suggest that you would indeed trust your contrary self with your fears and your desires as well.

We suggest she would interest you in your fears as well, for while she would indeed be a great listener, she’s already a part of you, so why would she not share your fears with you? We suggest that she would indeed interest you in ways that you wouldn’t necessarily appreciate, in your terms, for you would indeed not want to know about your fears. But the way of spirit includes your fears, and you must know your fears in order to acknowledge them and make your way past them. We suggest your contrary self knows your deepest fears and would be happy to share them with you in ways that you would find painful at times, but would point the way towards your fulfillment. We suggest that your contrary self would howl at your moon for many lazy nights, and would stalk your moon in order to lay your fears before it and upon your universe so as to allow you to find a way to accept them.

Does the thought of a wolf laying your fears before your moon make your skin crawl just a bit? We expect that your way of fearing yourself would indeed be interesting you in your Halloween spooks, for your fears are indeed celebrated at your Midfall feasts. We would indeed trust you to consider your contrary selves every spooky and scary version of yourself, and you would indeed be well to trust your spooks and scary parts of yourself to thrive, for you would indeed benefit. We will continue.

The contrary self is at the service of your beautiful selves in the way of spirit

We trust you would indeed find a variety of useful purposes for your contrary self. We suggest your scary contrary self isn’t so scary—your fears are—and she would indeed help you past them if you let her. Trust that when you find yourself in fear, your contrary self will be there to calm you by making you remember your truly wonderful, flawed, human self…who indeed would only be perfect if you let them… indeed not! For the contrary self would indeed love and trust you no matter how you look, how you act, how you interest yourself, how your very bones would love to at times crawl under the ground and die. For your fear of death, indeed, would be a most important fear that you would interest yourself in allowing, and you would be wise to trust your wonderful contrary self to help you. We will explain.

We suggest that your biggest fear is, in many ways, your fear of death. The way of spirit does not include death, and all the same, you still fear that you will leave your physical bodies incompletely having fulfilled your agenda. You are incorrect in this fear, and you could allow yourself to trust yourself, but you don’t. We suggest that your contrary self will indeed allow you to confront your fear of death in many ways: by allowing your reactions to death to unfold in ways you wouldn’t notice if you didn’t know your contrary self. Your horrors on television are a good way to confront your fear of death, and your many movies of horrific images, and you would do well to confront your fears in the way you watch them. We suggest that, rather than squeamishly holding your hands to your eyes, that you open them so as to sonter your horrible ways in life and learn to accept them. We suggest your contrary self allows your images to intrude upon your fairy tale lives in ways that help you, in spite of your ways of thinking, to confront your fears. The way you would do that is, in spite of your fears, to look at your fears in ways that you would find accepting.

The way you would trust yourself to confront your fears would be with your contrary selves’ assistance. We suggest you would have a most resourceful wolf weaning you of your fears. We would indeed trust you to know what her tricks are. We suggest that whenever you sense your world is falling apart, you would indeed have your wolf of contrariness winningly making your events happen, and we suggest you allow her a very wide berth, for your interest in your ways of spirit will be a sometimes treacherous path.

We suggest you would benefit from accepting your lives as they are, and not allowing yourselves to fear your lives because they’re not perfectly suited to your wants. We suggest your lives, while you interest yourself in desires that would indeed suit your intent, would indeed benefit from your acceptance of your fears, and your contrary self would indeed trust you in your precious attention to her. We suggest you laugh with her in whatever way you can. By interesting yourself in your contrary self, you make yourself a very happy individual.

We suggest you wake up and smell the dog fur.

 

Part 2: Dialog with Your Most Loving, Intimate Self

Realizing a more productive means to trust your contrary self would be a great way to begin to realize his or her service to you. We suggest that the way you would indeed better use your contrary self to your benefit would be simple: to trust the showy spirit of the contrary self to enforce your sense of self. We would like to offer an example to begin the next lesson.

The contrary self has your best self in mind

The way of the contrary self would indeed be the way of spirit, for the contrary self will point out your flaws in ways that you may address them. When we say flaws, we do not mean that you were flawed at birth—you were not. We would like to point the way of spirit, and suggest that you were born from a state of grace and you never leave the state of grace, and we suggest that you are eternally in a state of grace.

We suggest that your flaws are the things that make you unhappy: your fears, your reasonable expectations that you want and accept total interest in and would not be open to any additional options, the ways that you allow yourself to berate yourself, and we suggest that you would easily be able to find a great many things that you would like to change about yourself. We will call them flaws. We would like to assure you that these are things that are indeed correctable, so trust that you will be fixing each flaw if you will avail yourself of your contrary self’s assistance. We will trust that you will.

The way you would recognize that you have a flaw would be that your contrary self will tell you loud and clear in a variety of ways. We suggest that the way you trust us essences is the way that you trust your contrary self, for he or she would indeed be as spiritually informed as your essence, as the contrary self would indeed be a very proud part of your essence. So we suggest that you trust him or her as you trust us. We essences assist in most ways through realizing the contrary self in your lives, so trust that the contrary self would indeed be us at work.

Realizing your contrary self will inform you a great deal about your ways of spirit. We suggest that the contrary self would inform a great deal more if you would let him or her speak with you. The contrary self constantly, truly wishes a great deal more for you than you allow yourself, so trust that when the contrary self calls, that you want to pick up the phone. We would like to help you, so trust that conversations with the contrary self would indeed be not only helpful, but informative and entertaining as well, for your contrary self will challenge you in ways that point the way toward the contradictory nature of life.

We suggest that the way you would indeed learn a great deal about yourselves would be the way of spirit, and the way of spirit would indeed be contradictory. The way you would engage the contrary self would, in your terms, be hilarious at times. So we would like to introduce you to your best, most contrary self so as to wean you of your expectations, as well as to introduce you to your best, most-closely-aligned-with-essence friend. We would like to make your acquaintance in this way so as to assist you in your dearly beloved daily lives. We would like to offer some suggestions in realizing your personal connection with the contrary self.

The contrary self points only toward your way of spirit

The way you might consider your daily lives would indeed provide many opportunities to engage the contrary self. The contrary self would find comfort in your home very easily. We suggest you imagine your beautiful wolf contrary self turning up in your bedroom in the morning. He or she would not care what you look like, they would not care what you smell like or what you were doing. We suggest the contrary self is indeed the most unconditional loving self that you have. We would like to connect you with your contrary self, because what more would you want from your contrary self but loving devotion?

Then we suggest that you decide to get the way of spirit in bed. We suggest that you would indeed want to get up, but not really want to get up because you want to sleep some more. Your contrary self would point out why you would want to sleep some more, to realize that you would need more rest. The contrary self would be incorrect because you would need to get up and do your job. Your contrary self would also be correct, because you would indeed benefit from more sleep.

What do you do? We suggest you treantea [see Treantea Poker Players Practice] so as to realize that you have more options than what you’d previously programmed into your ways to buy into your reality. Perhaps you’d never considered being late for work so as to get more sleep. We suggest that you might benefit from this, and may not benefit from this and would get fired, but the important thing is: why did you never consider the way of spirit before? In the way of spirit, you find that you have many more options that would indeed find themselves alone without a means to make themselves known, and your contrary self will tell you exactly what things you would like to at least consider. The contrary self doesn’t discuss the things with you, their only job would be to remind you that you choose in your reality. You often don’t always allow yourself to really choose the way of life, for you often want a means to wander through with only the most obvious choices in your path. For the way you wander in your world too often chooses you rather than allows you to consider all of your choices.

The contrary self is interested in allowing you to choose from more choices, so trust that your contrary self is looking out after you, even though you may think of your contrary self as a temptress, for that’s exactly what you need: tempting. We suggest that your temptress would indeed be invited in many ways to your banquet of life, and we suggest that she would indeed find means to help the offerings find a much better suited home in the stomachs of the attendees, for the temptress would indeed be another one of your very impressionable services that you have indicated is evil. So while you may trust that your contrary self is indeed a temptress, you may not always allow yourself to even consider temptations that are indeed healthy for you.

Use discernment as your tool for making choices

The temptress selves that you have disallowed would indeed be interested in finding a means to allow their realization, so trust that your temptress selves will indeed know what to do. We suggest that they will find a means to assist whenever you’d like, but you must use your discernment in the way you make your choices, for the temptress’s job is merely to tempt you, not to make you choose. We suggest that your discernment would indeed be the perhaps most important thing that you will need in making a way in spirit, for your temptress will allow you also to make the choices that the way of spirit calls to you to make. We are only suggesting that the contrary self or temptress would indeed be willing to go along with any discernment that your intent would have you make, and will only be there to assist by providing you with options that you’d never considered.

The temptress, therefore, realizes the many potentialities in the lives of individuals, and the waning moon would indeed be an excellent example of the way she would allow you your decisions. The waning moon is a means to make you aware of your moonly spirit, for the waning moon would indeed prove to be a means for you to connect with your greater selves as well. The waning moon clarifies things, the waning moon sets in balance things that you would not normally interest yourself in. We suggest that the waning moon would indeed be a cycle that your wolf self would indeed find useful, for what better way for the wolf selves to make their way into your hearts and minds than the waning of the moon, when you are best able to see with clarity? We suggest that the waning moon would prove to be a means for your wolf selves to bask in their glory in the full moon, and then allow you to see with greater clarity. The contrary self would indeed allow you greater clarity in your lives when you are able to use your discernment to look at the many choices that the light of the full moon allows.

We are using the moon metaphor because, in practical terms, the moon does indeed hold a pull on you that would make even a blind person notice, for the propensity of your moon to change your brains and bodies indeed indicates a rush of fluid to the brain that was intended to make you a bit crazy every month. We suggest that the moon indeed has magical properties, and the way you would indicate to yourself the moon’s pull, literally, on the way your brain works, would be in the rush of certain chemicals to your brain that actually affect the way that you think. We suggest that the brain does consider more options at this time than any other, generally speaking, so we trust that you will allow yourselves to be wolfmen and wolfwomen to fully impress upon yourselves the need to consider all your options. The best part, of course is the waning, where things become clearer, and the way you would do this, as we said, is through discernment.

The way you would discern the way of spirit would be through your intent, for the way of spirit indeed involves following your intent. Your intent is the most important thing you have, because the excellent intents that you have undertaken are the very reasons that you chose to begin a physical, material reality. We suggest that your intent would allow your choices to be most easily discovered, but you overly indicate to yourself that your intent does not, so we suggest that we will assist you in getting in touch with your intent in other teachings. So trust that the way of spirit would indeed be to trust yourself with regard to your intent in life, and we will assist.

The way you would indeed discern would be to trust yourself to follow your intent and therefore make appropriate choices. We suggest that the way you would make your choices would indeed allow you to engage the wonderful contrary self, as the contrary self knows exactly what the way of spirit would be for you, and will gladly assist in wonderful conversations with you about that.

Dialog with the contrary self

The way you would indicate to yourself the thoughts of your contrary self would be simple: are the ways we are indicating making sense? Would you trust the existence of essence self for your purposes of contrary work? We suggest that the way you would know that you’re speaking with your contrary self would be if you are thinking in dialog form. We suggest that the way your dialog in your mind works would be your contrary self speaking with you, trying to indicate things to you that you hadn’t realized before. We suggest the contrary self would be called that because the way it works is as a means to bring the darkness of your unconscious mind into the light of your conscious mind.

Therefore, a dialog is required in realization of what’s going on in the back of your mind. That’s where the contrary self lives, in the backs of your minds, so trusting self would indeed be indicated here, for the back of your mind is a most dank and dusty place that we suggest you get in touch with. The way you would indicate to yourself that you’re bringing the conscious information to the fore would be through your inner dialog. We suggest that the way of spirit does include these dialogs, so trust that when you are talking to yourself that you are being deeply spiritual individuals.

The trust you have in the self would be captured in your thoughts. What kind of thoughts are your dialogs about? We suggest that they would indeed be awarized when you look at your thoughts on a daily basis. The thoughts that are healthy would be things like: Why wouldn’t you want to sleep in today? Why wouldn’t we essences want the things that you want? We suggest that the dialogs are healthy when they are finding a satisfying role in allowing a bit more openness regarding your options. Your way of spirit allows more options than you currently realize, and finding the more inaccessibly oriented options would indeed allow you greater happiness.

The exact opposite of a healthy dialog would be in making yourself miserable with your inner dialog. The way you would indicate the way you’re either unhealthy or healthy would be to indicate to yourself if you’re laughing. That’s right. We suggest that the contrary self knows what you want to hear and will make you laugh when you’re engaging him or her on a regular basis. The way you would know would be that you would laugh, and perhaps just have a happy heart with regard to your life.

For anyone who feels trapped would consider the way of the contrary self to be an intrusion, correct? The contrary self would say, “Why don’t you sleep in today?” and the intrepid self who would not feel as though they would allow themselves any additional choices would say, “Stop telling me that!” We suggest that you would say, “Stop telling me that!” to many of the contrary self’s excellent suggestions, and would find that you would indeed be a most unhappy individual, as the contrary self would find no reason to speak with you anymore. We suggest that the contrary self would indeed crawl into the back of your mind and go to sleep until he or she had the chance to speak with you, and that would be a sad state of affairs until he or she does.

The way you would find a bit more discernment would be, of course, to talk back to your contrary self. We suggest that you would find this most enjoyable, for your contrary self knows you so intimately that he or she would indeed find ways to shape your thoughts so as to allow your responses to help you interest yourself in the thoughts of the contrary self and allow your expressions in many ways. For example, we suggest that the contrary self would say, “Why don’t you sleep in today?” and would allow your mind to find the reason he has in store for you. We would trust him implicitly, for he knows what you want. We suggest that he would help you say something like, “Because we would get fired from our job.” And he would say, “What do you mean, we?”

And you would laugh because of the ridiculous manner in which you’ve now determined that you’re actually a multiple personality. But the way you would do this would, in some sense of your word, be channeling, for we suggest there’s no difference between the voices in your head and the voices that come through your channelers’ voices or fingers when they’re typing. They would indeed be coming from the same place—essence—and we suggest you would therefore trust that the way of spirit would indeed be coming to the fore. We suggest that your contrary self will assist in any way that it can, and would indeed be the voice of essence urging you towards your most impressively beautiful lives, for that would indeed be the way of spirit and the way that we essences serve you every day.

We trust that you’ll make yourselves aware of your beautiful contrary wolf selves, and trust that the way that they would interest you would indeed be your very contrary essences, for we work in very mysterious ways. Trust that your ways are our ways, and know that when you’ll be speaking with your contrary self, you’ll be speaking with essence, for when you’re not, we suggest that you’ll find yourself a bit towards the lunacy side, and not because you’ve engaged your contrary self in the first place. We suggest that your culture has the way of spirit interminably, finally stifled unless a big movement for yourselves happens. We suggest that you begin to find your contrary selves and trust them in ways you’ve never dreamed of, for your contrary selves will assist in any way that they can. Trust that your contrary selves will allow you a great many wonderful things, so trust that your way of spirit will indeed be greatly informed. We trust that you will.

The way you would allow your contrary selves to flourish would also be to allow him a bone every now and then. We would hope that you would recognize the gifts that the contrary self would allow you in his questions to you, and would recognize the many probabilities that you have opened to yourself in the process. We suggest that the way you would sleep in would be most beneficial at times. We suggest the way you would not allow yourself to do a certain task would be the never ending probability that sets you on your proper intentional course. The way you recognize the contrary self allows you also to learn to engage him more, and he would then find many more reasons to assure you of your many choices. We suggest that he would interfere with many of your daily habits as well, and would indeed be the most contrary voice in your many choices we would indeed allow you to make, for your essences include a vast amount of choices. We suggest that your choices would seem trivial were it not for the contrary self. We will give you an example.

The contrary self in world events

The way you would imagine a bit more contrariness in your daily lives would indeed find a way into your lives quite easily. We suggest the way you may do this would be simple: say what’s on your mind. The contrary self would indeed find ways to make himself heard, and the way you would know this would be interesting: your contrary self would find refuge in your honest response. We suggest that the way you’ve been raised would indeed be in overly nice ways, and your contrary selves have gotten so incredibly stifled so as to indeed make your culture quite unhealthy. The extreme examples of this would be your Nazi Germany, and we suggest that what happens when you stifle the contrary voice would indeed be the worst form of mire in the world, for your contrary self would have prevented such a thing.

We suggest that the contrary self would indeed have let the bastards know what they were doing was immoral, but because the individuals involved were so taken with allowing your contrary selves to not speak in light showers as events progressed over the years, that all the excellent contrary showers accumulated and rained in a most horrible way onto the entire world. The showers would have allowed a bit of humanity, and courage, and formality with regard to assuring the entrée into lunacy would have been abetted much earlier in the formalizing of the Nazi party. Had there been more individuals who were more willing to say that the party was immoral, the way towards their power would have been stopped in its tracks. The way that the party unfolded would indeed be part of the problem, as we suggest that at exactly the point your power takes over, the wonderful contrary self is indeed finally secreted away and therefore the way becomes too hazardous to speak.

We suggest that the allowance of the contrary self in your everyday lives is exactly what prevents these horrible events to occur: by ensuring that spirit speaks in most contrary ways, and the way your spirits speak would indeed be so sometimes. The idea that spirit would never speak up against another is possibly the most heinous incorporation of informal unhealthy hierarchy there is, for the hierarchies you create that are unhealthy are created in everyday life. You do intend to follow rules too often, and too blindly follow authority in every way. Many authoritarian hierarchies are indeed healthy, but many are not, and the way you would be able to tell the difference would be to allow yourself to learn whether or not dissenting views are allowed. We suggest that the unhealthy forms will not allow dissenting views, and we suggest that the reason you would speak up upon entering any hierarchy would be to test the waters with regard to the health of the system.

We suggest that you speak up, and speak your mind to everyone that you see as authoritarian in every way: your bank managers, your clerks, and your ever-wandering eye of your cameras in your stores. If your contrary selves were excellently given full reign, there would be no more Nazi Germanys. You were aware in many ways, also, when the horrific events were occurring, and still didn’t speak up, and the atrocities are still occurring. The very act of speaking up to your bank managers would indeed assist in small ways in the countering of oppressive regimes throughout the world. We suggest that you begin your contrary self work immediately.

The way you would indeed find the way of spirit would be in your terms a most blessed event. We trust you will. Trust that we will assist.

 

Part 3: The Contrary Self and the Shadow Self

The contrary self, while allowing a sense of purpose to your lives, would also be considered a many faceted spirit guide, as would your essences, and the contrary self would be considered essence in many ways. But the contrary self is often suppressed in ways that would be considered unhealthy to the point of finding a great disastrous way. For your contrary self needs expression, and without that, you will find your shadow.

The shadow

Take your Nazi Germany example for a moment. As we have expressed, the way your contrary self would have forestalled an event such as the Holocaust would have involved the enlightenment of individuals with regard to their truest expressions of the contrary self. But when the contrary expressions were denied fulfillment, the shadow began to be projected upon themselves as well as others in ways that were increasingly detrimental to the health of the country. Indeed, the country itself began to project its shadow on the world.

We would like to explain a bit more about the shadow in terms of the negative effects that the shadow will allow in order to examine the truth of your own selves, for when the shadow goes unchecked, disastrous things occur. There are many forms of disastrous events, including events that would be considered saccharine to the extreme, for shadow will use both sides of the coin of duplicity in order to allow expressions of unintentionality.

The way you would think of unintentionality is that some expressions will be more intentional than others, intentional in your sense of alignment in your natural ways of communicating with essence. In this, you would do well to become most intentional beings, and you would consider some things you do as unintentional when you don’t follow your way of spirit: in the way you summon your strength in situations that will request that you be contrary, of inviting intuition, in many ways, in being your whole self. When you are unintentional, you do the opposite and only find suffering. In this, unintentionality would be considered a contradiction, and you’ll do well to embrace contradiction, for while there is no harm in believing that some things will not beautifully create themselves in your image of godhood, in many respects that’s what we suggest you do when you don’t follow your way of spirit: you create your reality intentionally unintentionally, and you’ll find this is both the best and worst you have to offer. In unintentionality, you can understand how we suggest you might do both, as all things are intentional in some respects, but in unintentionality you will find that you could do better.

When you intentionally allow your expressions to freely express themselves—intentionally allowing the contrary self’s incitement of expressions to flourish—then intentional acts are brought into being. When the contrary self is stifled, the shadow will always find other ways to express itself, and does so in ways that would be considered evil, for there would indeed be more suitable means for expression. By evil, we will suggest that Elias’ definition is what we’ll use: the absence of compassion. Evil, in other words, doesn’t exist in an absolute sense, but the evil you fear in your human beings is the evil you sense in yourselves. In this, you’d do well to find your compassion, therefore, in order to project only the best you have to offer. In this, you’ll find your compassion will prove to be a most beautiful thing.

The way your shadows project themselves onto the world intentionally allows for expressions that would be considered unintentional and therefore submoral in many ways, some ways more than others. The many indications of shadow projections include the Holocaust in the way that the shadow was projected onto individuals who only wanted to express their own ways. In the way the Nazi party came to power, there were many opportunities, as we said, to intentionally only allow healthy expressions of power, but the projections onto the Jewish people were a misrepresentation of the projection of goodness that would have occurred if the contrary selves were adequately intervening on the behalf of right, moral projections of goodness. By “goodness,” we will use Elias’s definition of evil as a basis: goodness is compassion, and compassion is the love of the universe translated in human ways and means, and indicative of the ways of All-That-Is. The way that you can think of compassion is as a gift of All-That-Is, always. It is the way the world translates absolute love into things it can use. In this, compassion is the best form of love, indeed, in the world.

In the terms of your Holocaust, the shadow projections, when carried through, inducted a massive exercise in shadow projection that took on an element of self-propelled intentionality that was intentional only in the respect that it began as a moral expression that needed a place in the world. In other words, while the Holocaust was a moral interest in other ways—in the German peoples’ desire to do the right things they would need to in order to exist in the world as productive citizens—the thing itself was indeed immoral, as we suggested, and was the result of an interplay of both the shadow of internal strife and shadow hugging, as the shadows that projected themselves onto the Jewish individuals were both those that wanted to indeed allow for the Jewish people’s demise and those that wanted to be the same, in some ways, as the Jewish people. We will explain.

The way the shadow would intentionally allow an act such as the Holocaust would be intentional, in some respects, as there was a corrective action required. When your Hitler rose to power, the way of spirit was squelched in fear, for Germany was in a state of grief over the results of World War I. The war was justified in many ways, but the German people were in many ways producing only grief and loss, for their ways would forever be changed. They would not find another means, whenever they had conflict, to solve the conflict in productive ways, as their legitimate realizations of productive reasoning were finding deaf ears in terms of political world leaders.

The German people, therefore, as a whole felt that they only had themselves, which was in some respects true, but instead of reaching out to other countries, they turned inward and only allowed themselves to count on themselves. The turning in, in many ways, created the multitudinous projection of “their culture only” into the world, for they would not finish what they started, in some ways, by reaching into their hearts in order to find themselves interacting in the world in productive and valuable ways.

The contrary selves—wherever the way of spirit was intuited—told them to trust the outside world again, but was indeed not always listened to or heeded, and therefore they did not follow, in many respects, as a whole. There were individuals who spoke for justice and reason, so there were individuals who did allow their contrary expressions, but on the whole, Germany did not. We suggest that when the German people finally got a leader like Hitler, their shadows were sufficiently stifled in order to project onto him the isolation that their contrary selves tried to produce otherwise, but no one listened. The shadows were therefore projected onto whoever it was that they could project upon, including Hitler himself, as a means to project the self that they imagined they were, but in reality were not.

This shadow hugging was another wayward projection of the German people. When a person hardly knows themselves internally, and would therefore find whatever many splendored means to build themselves up in ways that make them feel good, then you have shadow hugging. Shadow hugging was indeed very much at work in Hitler’s Germany, and was intentional in some respects, as the hugging would order the world in ways that needed to happen. So while the individual projections of shadow hugging proceeding in this way produced realities such as Hitler’s that would indeed wreak havoc on the world, there are also ways in which the attention would serve, in some respects, the world. So we are not saying that the internal proceedings of the individuals or Hitler were healthy at all, we are saying that in many ways what happened was indeed intentional in ways that we would interest you in at another time. For now we will say that the intentionality of the projection was intentional as well as unintentional. We will explain.

The unintentionality was a result of the proceedings in which a Hitler is created: in the stifling of individual expressions of goodness. When your Hitlers produce holocausts, there would be ways to stop them internally in their cultures; however, there will be so much shadow of internal strife and shadow hugging projections that the wolf contrary selves will be in danger when they speak up. When you are an oppressed people, the way of spirit finds other ways to care for itself. The shadow projections proceed with vigor, so there would be a culture of shadow projections in every soldier in every regime.

We wanted to comment first on the reality of the shadow hugging, as it is as potentially harmful as your shadow of internal strife. The contrary self would indeed make the world a better place, therefore, with either, but we want to stress that shadow hugging would interest you more, for you would see that the shadow hugging is just as insidious as the shadow of internal strife.

Trust in the contrary self

The shadow of internal strife was created by your Dream Walkers to allow you a means to intuit the way you find yourself in any given situation. The internal strife that you feel will always, and we would like to underline the word always, find a means to project the internal strife onto another individual. We suggest that entire nations project their internal strife onto other nations, as you’ve read in the portion about Germany that we have discussed already. The way your internal strife projections occur will not seem interesting to you, but you will notice the way you do this is constantly. We would like to underline your word constantly as well, for your internal strife will indeed always find interesting ways to make itself known, interesting ways of making the ways of spirit interest others, for your shadow self will allow you projections of internal strife any way you’d like for them to occur.

When you want to call attention to your internal strife, simply allow yourself a means to project onto someone what you’re thinking. When you allow yourself to be mean for no reason, when you shout at the television, when you are allowing a many splendored rant, we suggest that your shadow of internal strife will indeed be telling you that you have something to attend to. When you have a means to allow yourself a break, when you have a chance to find a quiet place to meditate, we will interest you in finding the reason for your displeasure with others, for all your displeasure of the many individuals—and other animals, and other nations, and the many reasons you have for really letting loose on someone—the way you would indeed find satisfaction is in looking at your shadow projections. When you want to find solitude, the contrary self will assist, for the contrary self, as we said, will beautifully help you to notice and accept your flaws. The shadow will be your way of finding your contrary self in need of assisting you, for your contrary self will take you by the hand and assist in your removal or lessening of your shadow.

Your contrary self has been around since before you were born, and when you would find a means to connect, we suggest you would find this to be true. For your contrary self is intentional in the respect that the contrary self was created to remind you of your intention in life, and would interest you in ways to allow your excellent intentions to flourish. The contrary self therefore wants to assist you, so we trust you will avail yourself in this brief exercise.

Take a moment to grant a most forgiving way of being to yourself and others. The way you might go about the way of forgiving would be to forgive yourself of something. Weaning yourself of your need to be any certain way would be a great place to start, for you have so many expectations for yourselves, some productive and some not productive with regard to following your intent. We suggest that you let go of your expectations of how you’re supposed to be at any given time and see what happens, for your forgiveness of yourself for your perceived shortcomings will always be the best shadow practice. We suggest that your contrary self heartily agrees, for remember, the contrary self wants only your happiness.

Imagine a friend in the contrary self, there to point out the many foibles of your human existence—your fumblings, your pimples, your forgetfulness, your many realizations of silliness—for that’s the human experience, not existing on a mountaintop with the sum of the world’s wisdom. The experiences you have will indeed always be fraught with the silliest, most ridiculous things in life, so trust that these are intentional—these are the stuff of life—and allow your spirit to thrive in the knowledge that you are loved no matter how ridiculous your life may seem. We trust that you will allow yourself a good laugh with your contrary self from time to time, and trust the way of spirit, for the contrary self knows. For when you decline the services of your contrary self, you would do well to pay attention to the projections of shadow we suggest will be forthcoming.

Which shadow is which?

The way you would know what shadow projection you are partaking in would be to imagine a place of beauty. We suggest that into the place of beauty walks an individual. Who will this be? Who will walk into your most perfect world? How will you respond? Will you respond with loving words? Will you respond with hating words? We suggest that the individual that lives in your perfect world would indeed tell you much about your shadow, so trust that your response will indicate whether you are shadow hugging or projecting your shadow of internal strife, for your shadows will indicate a need in you that needs to be addressed.

For example, when your president of your United States walks into your world, what would you say to him? We suggest that the way you would indicate to yourself what shadow you’re projecting has to do with your contrary self and the need to listen. If you are finding words of loving kindness, then your contrary self would be indeed doing his job. We suggest that your words might be introducing your personal views of how he could do better, and the way you would do this would be through your intuition on how to approach a subject like this in ways that were both loving and constructive. The way you would know that you are projecting your shadow of internal strife would indeed be simple: are you allowing yourself to treat him with disrespect and resentment? If so, why would you treat another individual like this? We suggest that there are ways to express resentment, but not in hateful ways, for the way of spirit will not be hateful. The way of spirit would always trust itself to say the right things, not interest itself in saying the wrong things. So why would you spit hatred at this individual? We suggest that your contrary self will allow you to address the things that make you project your inner strife, so trust that your contrary self will often point things like this out to you in the effort to help you realize where you need to trust and love yourself more.

When you would be hugging the president in an act of shadow hugging, you would be hanging on every word, allowing yourself to distrust what you would have to say, allowing yourself to not speak up on a variety of important issues that we suggest you’d want to speak up about, and allowing yourself to generally bask in the glow of this individual. We suggest that you would think that his shit doesn’t stink as well, so you’re familiar with the ridiculousness of this idea, and we suggest that the president's shit does indeed stink, so watch out, he may fart in your general direction so as to prove the point. And what would you say? Oh, dear president, how lovely your gas smells today?

We trust you would share a good laugh about it, and that would exactly be the contrary self at work in productive ways, trusting you to realize the fullest expression of your humanity, allowing for the warts and wars and all to express, in your terms, the most reality you can stand at any time, for what else would you do in this situation? We suggest that your ways of spirit would allow you a good laugh at all times, for your ways of spirit would interest even the most serious of individuals in ways that are good for you. So trust that your laughter would indeed be the music of the gods, and trust yourself to laugh more, for that’s a wonderful way to express your innermost spirituality.

The way of spirit, therefore, would always be your way if indeed you were able to allow a righteous way in the world: righteous in the respect that you have a right to exist, you have a right to express yourself in ways that are aligned with your beautiful intents, you have a right to express your points of view no matter how interested or right your other individuals think they are. We suggest that your righteousness extends to even the most indicative of reality ways that your fearless leaders interest themselves in, so you can trust that your leaders also need a good swat on the behind sometimes. We suggest that any situation in which you would find yourself fearful is a good indicator of how your contrary self would be trying to impress upon you your interest in your expressions of contrariness, so trust that your contrary self will indeed point the way if you would only listen. We trust you will.
