Essence of Rose Halloweany Face Your Fears, Follow Your Intent Workshop, Nov 1, 2008, Castaic, CA

A great time was had by all at the recent Rose Workshop! There were twelve participants including folks from Heathcote Vic, Australia, Manchester, U.K., New York, and San Francisco on the conference phone.

The local weather mirrored the Face your Fears Halloween theme by providing magical thunderstorms throughout the day. These storms are rare in Castaic, and it's only the 4th or 5th time there has been rolling thunder and lightning ("veddy, veddy frightening!) in the eleven years we've lived here.

Paul, Joanne, and Rose introduced The Integral Map, Integral Toolbox, My Practices Worksheet (a new way to organize the transformative practices of Seth, Elias, Kris, Rose, and others). The group also did various interactive exercises that showed different ways to synergize between body, mind, spirit, and shadow (fears) Aspects of Self.

The activities were designed to increase fearless, effortless living by learning to notice, identify, and recognize those fears that limit us. Further, we learned how to discover our personal intent in order to manifest our deepest potentials and live our most fulfilling lives.

There were costumes, decorations, door prizes, plus delicious appetizers, dinner, and dessert!
